Suitable for all levels or those new to yoga to learn the foundations of the practice.This class will build the practice from the ground up and give you the fundamentals to attend other group yoga classes with confidence.

A fluid yoga practice that seamlessly combines asana with breath designed to help you increase your range of motion.This practice emphasizes mobility work and takes an active approach to creating more space in the body and breath as you move through a creative yoga sequence.This is not your average vinyasa yoga class and explores concepts of both yoga and movement to create healthier, more able-bodied movers of all ages and abilities.
